  • Cleaning: Gently dust your string lamp with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. Avoid using water or cleaning sprays, as moisture can weaken the threads.
  • Placement: Keep the lamp indoors in a dry area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity to prevent fading or damage.
  • Handling: Handle with care to avoid misshaping the delicate structure. When moving, support the frame instead of pulling on the threads.
  • Bulb Usage: Use only the recommended LED bulbs to prevent overheating and ensure longevity. Avoid high-wattage incandescent bulbs.
  • Storage: If not in use, store in its original box or a dry, dust-free space to maintain its shape and quality.
  • Pest Protection: In humid areas, periodically check for any signs of pests or mold, and keep the lamp in a well-ventilated space.
  • Electrical Safety: Ensure the wiring and holder are intact before plugging in. Do not use the lamp if any electrical components appear damaged.

  • We offer free shipping across India.
  • Each lamp is handcrafted and made to order—please allow 5–7 business days for dispatch.
  • Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
  • In case of damage during transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

  • Your product was damaged in transit, or
  • You received the wrong item

To request:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience

Charges:

  • Returns: ₹129 (deducted from refund)
  • Exchanges: ₹199 (includes pickup + new delivery, payable in advance)

Note:

  • No returns for change of mind or minor handmade variations
  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
