• Placement: Best suited for indoor use in a dry, well-ventilated space. Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, or high humidity to prevent fading, warping, or damage.

• Handling: Handle with care, as each piece is handcrafted and delicate. When moving, support the structure or base—avoid pulling or pressing on woven or detailed areas.

• Usage (for functional pieces): Use only as intended. For lighting products, use recommended LED bulbs to prevent overheating. Avoid high-wattage or incompatible electrical components.

• Storage: When not in use, store in a clean, dry, dust-free space—preferably in the original packaging—to maintain shape, finish, and longevity.

• Pest & Moisture Care: In humid climates, periodically check for signs of moisture, mold, or pests. Ensure good airflow and keep away from damp surfaces.

• Electrical Safety (for lamps): Always check wiring, holders, and plugs before use. Do not operate if any electrical component appears damaged.

• Natural Variations: Slight variations in colour, texture, and form are natural characteristics of handmade products and add to their uniqueness.

• We offer free shipping across India.
• Each product is handcrafted and made to order—please allow 5–7 business days for dispatch.
• Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
• You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
• In case of damage during transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges are allowed if:

• The product is damaged and you prefer a replacement.
• You received the wrong item, or
• You’d like to exchange it for a different product (of equal or higher value).

To request:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to raise a request.
• Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience.

Charges:

• Returns (damage / wrong item): No charges.
• Exchanges for preference: ₹199, covering pickup and re-delivery (payable in advance).

Note:

• No returns for change of mind or minor handmade variations
• Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
